Lots of jibber-jabber and pitter-patter! Our room is set up to cover all the developmental stages within this age range. We have a “quiet,” cozy pillow area that allows the non-mobile babies to be read to and cuddled. There is a specifically designed structure for the early stages of crawling, and there is a low rise in the number of walkers who can take steps by themselves successfully. Once they are at the top, the ramp is a fun slide or just fun to crawl down! We also rotate several small activity structures the children enjoy climbing through. These areas are also the perfect size for children just learning to pull up to a stand or cruising.
Full of smiles – full of it! The young toddlers are welcomed into the “classroom” setting. The room is divided into several developmental play centers with enough toys on the shelves to introduce the children to turn-taking. The goal is to guide the children through the transitions of the day so they can move from one activity to another and learn from each classroom area. Exploration and an emerging sense of self are celebrated in this classroom. The Lambs are all about a child’s satisfaction with mastering a skill and saying, “I did it!” when they wash their hands or complete a puzzle!
Our young preschoolers are thriving and finding their voices! This is the age where confidence soars, and children take pride in their growing independence. From mastering self-help skills to exploring their creativity through a variety of art mediums, they’re building a strong foundation for future learning.
In this vibrant and dynamic classroom, each day is an adventure. Our educators thoughtfully create engaging learning centers that focus on Kindergarten Readiness, while keeping learning fun and interactive. Group time is a highlight where children practice listening, math skills, and vocabulary through the “words of the month.” They also master important social skills like turn-taking and conflict resolution as they interact with their peers.
And then there’s lunch — often the most talked-about moment of the day!
Preschoolers develop the self-help skills they need for kindergarten, learning how to eat healthily, socialize, and enjoy their meals with their friends while practicing good table manners. It’s all about balance, from learning to play to growing those essential life skills!

Whether getting help with homework to build good habits or exploring creative activities like art, drama, or sports, there’s something for everyone. Kids get the perfect balance of structure and freedom, with time for relaxation and excitement. It’s the ideal place for children to grow, explore, and make memories before heading home for family time.
